In May, I got the same knife except stonewash blade instead of black coating. The SNG DGG Strider’s are awesome knives. It is interesting how the stamping is different on the knives. My has the same large STRIDER name on one side, but the other side is only the logo. It does not have the S30V stamp or USA stamp.

Just a note Strider won’t change blade finishes, but no worries that wear will just give the knife some character.

As for the stamping I believe your DGG features the older stamps, the CC is what they are using now. My CC is actually just like yours except it doesn’t have the USA under the Strider logo.

The bladestop is black to begin with but it’s “satin” because after many complaints they started to grind them down so they wouldn’t stick out so much.
